The NFL had some crazy games in Week 16, but the drama didn't carry over into Monday night with the team San Francisco 49ers approaching victory with a score of 48-27 over Indianapolis Colts.

Jaguars, Accounts And Chargers everyone needed a loss from the Colts to officially qualify for the playoffsand that's exactly what they got, so five of the AFC's seven postseason spots are already claimed. ( Broncos ranked in week 15, and Patriots punched his ticket Sunday night with a win over Crows.)

As for the 49ers, they had already clinched a playoff spot before this game even started, but this was a huge win for them because it means they are still in control of their path to the No. 1 seed in the NFC. If the 49ers win their final two games, they will take home the NFC West title as well as first place.

However, we're not here to talk about the playoffs. We're here to give grades, so let's do that, starting with San Francisco's big win over the Colts.
