Welcome to Year 10 week!
If you like to root for the underdog, then Week 10 was a pretty solid one for you. During Sunday's 1pm games, we saw a total of five underdogs take the win.
- The Patriots went to Tampa Bay as a 2.5-point underdog and ended up defeating the team 28-23. pirates. Drake May remained in the MVP conversation, throwing for 270 yards and two touchdowns.
- WITH C.J. Stroud there, Texans were home underdogs by 1.5 points compared to Jaguars and it seemed that they were going to be kicked out of their stadium. The Texans trailed 29-10 entering the fourth quarter, but then staged a stunning comeback to lead the Jags 36-29.
- Jets were also 1.5 point underdogs, and although their offense didn't even gain 170 yards, they managed to upset Browns thanks in large part to two special teams touchdowns.
- And let's not forget about Saints. They were 5.5 point underdogs on the road against a 5-4 team. Panthers team, and somehow they managed to overcome the disappointment with a 17-10 victory.
- Finally we have Dolphinswhich produced the shock of the day, destroying Accounts 30-13 in a game where Buffalo was an 8.5-point favorite.
It's a good thing the early slate gave us so much trouble because we ended up with three losses during the afternoon games and then another loss on Sunday night.
