Having a gap of 21 points, Josh Allen On a cold Sunday morning in Foxboro, the Buffalo Bills pulled off a thrilling 35-31 victory over their AFC East rival New England Patriots.
The AFC East now sits between these two AFC powerhouses as the Bills move to 10-4 at the snap. Patriots“We're on a 10-game winning streak. New England is now 11-3 on the season, still one game ahead of Buffalo for the division lead.
It was all Patriots early in this game, thanks to MVP candidate Drake May, who scored two quick goals to make it 14-0 for the home team in the first quarter. Meanwhile, the Patriots' stalwart defensive unit had three straight punts, allowing their offense to get going early.

The Patriots opened the doors early in the second quarter with a 94-yard touchdown drive that set up a 52-yard touchdown from rookie TreVeyon Henderson to make it 21-0.
Allen and crime billshaving struggled up to this point were finally able to do something in a subsequent attempt to at least stay in the game. Allen found James Cook for a five-yard touchdown to cut the lead to 21–7, but the Patriots added a field goal at halftime and headed into the locker room with a three-point lead.
But the second half was a different story for Mike Vrabel's Patriots team as Allen showed off his MVP style of play from the start.

The Bills immediately made it a 10-point game as they needed just six plays to find Dawson Knox on a four-yard pass to score. Buffalo's defense then had to step up, and they did so, forcing a three-and-out, putting the ball back in Allen's hands.
Over the next 5:29 of the third quarter clock, Allen made 11 plays and ran 70 yards as Cook scored for the second time, advancing the ball over the goal line to make it 24-21.
The turning point in the game was an interception thrown by May that ended up being a handball when Tre'Davious White pulled a deep ball trying to secure a pass to Mac Hollins at the Bills' own nine-yard line.
The Bills marched 91 yards on 13 plays in the third quarter to take their first lead of the game, with Knox throwing a 14-yard pass for his second touchdown of the game to make it 28-24.

If that wasn't exciting enough, the Gillette Stadium crowd erupted when Henderson hit another long try. During the first run, Henderson tried to run to the right, but all the holes were blocked. But using his incredible speed, he broke left and ran past all Bills defenders for a 65-yard touchdown.
The Bills were down by three again, but the second half belonged to the more creative Bills and they put on another methodical drive filled with great plays, including Cook's third touchdown of the game. He rushed from 11 yards out for a 35-31 lead, which was big considering a field goal couldn't have tied the game.
The Bills defense got two straight stops on two separate passes, including an incompletion on 4th and 5 from the New England 22-yard line to ice the game.
On the box, Allen was 19 of 28 for 193 yards and three touchdowns, while rushing for 48 yards on 11 attempts on the ground. Cook also posted 107 yards rushing with two scores on the ground on 22 carries and caught two passes for four yards.

Eight different Bills players caught Allen's passes, including Khalil Shakir, who had five catches for 65 yards.
For the Patriots, May was 14 of 23 through the air for 155 yards with 43 rushing yards. Henderson only had 14 carries, but his two scores totaled 148 yards.
