Denver clinch the division title with a win and a Chargers loss or a tie and a Chargers loss. They could win the AFC West and secure the top playoff spot with a Chargers win, loss or tie, a Patriots loss and a Bills loss or tie.

The Bills make the playoffs with a win and a loss or tie against the Indianapolis Colts or a loss or tie against the Houston Texans. The Bills could end up tied and lose to the Colts or Texans. The Patriots secure their spot with a win or tie, a Colts loss or tie, and a Texans loss or tie. Likewise for the Jaguars: They'll come out with a win and a Colts loss or tie, or a Texans loss or tie.
