“It's frustrating because the score has gotten to the point where we're 5-5, we're .500 going into the bottom of the schedule. There are seven games left and we basically need to run the table,” the star tight end said on his “New Heights” podcast with his brother Jason.
“I haven’t been in this situation in a long, long time, man. It's even more frustrating knowing what kind of guys we have, knowing what kind of talent we have, knowing what kind of coaches we have. Everybody just needs to look at themselves in the mirror, man.”
Kansas City was riddled with injuries early in the game but is healthy now. Oddly enough, the team reached an impasse with a full complement. The Chiefs' two losses came in Buffalo against the Bills and against the Denver Broncos on a field goal, also on the road.

The Chiefs haven't lost more than six games since 2014, but are dangerously close to that number. However, as Kelsey put it, now is not the time to “point fingers.”
“Whatever you do when you're upset, you need to put that crap aside and think about how the hell you're going to spend the day. And you need to put all the selfish shit, all the things you want for yourself, aside, and it should only be about this team, about the guy next to you. And you gotta have fun with it, man,” he said.
The Chiefs have a pretty favorable schedule and should be favorites in most, if not all, games. They accept Indianapolis Colts on Sunday before the Thanksgiving game in Dallas against the Cowboys. After that, they'll host the Houston Texans and Los Angeles Chargers before heading back to a date with the Tennessee Titans.
