NFL news: Jaxson Dart has no interest in changing playing style

Despite being benched against the New England Patriots on Monday night, New York Giants guard Jackson Dart has made it clear he has no interest in changing his style of play.

This issue was brought up again to Darth after he received a huge blow from Patriots linebacker Christian Elliss in the first quarter, which caused an altercation among the players. The hit raised eyebrows among fans as Dart had missed the last two games with a concussion and was in the blue medical tent before the games to be checked for injuries.

Former NFL head coach Jon Gruden even begged him on social media not to play in such games.

However, Dart was defiant.

“I understand the question, but this is football. I’ll get hit if I’m in the pocket or out of the pocket.” Dart said. “I've played like this all my life. This shouldn't come as a shock to anyone if you've been following my career. We don't play football here. You can get hit, anything can happen. It's just part of the game.”

YANGO KU field goal attempt goes horribly wrong as Giants' problems continue

The Giants had one of their worst performances of the season.

Dart threw a pass to Darius Slayton in the first half, but they went into the locker room trailing 30-7. In the second half, New York failed to achieve anything. The Giants managed to score another touchdown and convert a two-point conversion in the fourth quarter, but the defense's inability to stop the Patriots did little to dampen the hopes.
