The end of the regular season doesn't just close the book on another year in history NFL. For some franchises, this also coincides with a re-evaluation of the entire organization, which could lead to various layoffs. While some clubs have made changes mid-season, most head coach and general manager firings occur the day after the regular season ends, better known as Black Monday.
We've already seen five teams fire their former head coach (Falcons, Browns, Cardinals, Raiders and the Ravens), and one team also got rid of its general manager (the Falcons). Add to this two head coaching vacancies (Giants And Titans) that were already open due to layoffs during the season, and there are quite a few openings opening up around the league. So who fills them out?
Once the Band-Aid is ripped off, these teams begin the process of finding the next leader. Below, we chronicle this process by tracking the latest interview requests from each team.
Stay tuned for NFL coaching news, general manager changes, firings and rumors.

Atlanta cleaned up its mess after the 2025 season, not only firing Raheem Morris but also parting ways with general manager Terry Fontenot. Miami Dolphins
Previous GM: Chris Grier
