The suspect accused of vandalizing the home of Vice President J.D. Vance in Cincinnati is expected in court Tuesday to face both local and federal charges including property damage, trespassing and resisting arrest. Officials say the suspect was armed with a hammer, damaged a Secret Service vehicle and broke windows in a home before agents apprehended him. NBC correspondent Kelly O'Donnell reports for TODAY.
