Actor Mickey Rourke he's facing eviction in Los Angeles after allegedly failing to pay nearly $60,000 in rent.
The Oscar-nominated actor received a three-day notice to pay rent or vacate the premises on Dec. 18 and failed to comply, according to court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday and reviewed by Los Angeles Times.
At the time of the notice, Rourke, 73, was $59,100 behind in back rent.
The notice was reportedly posted on the property and mailed because “no person of suitable age or discretion” was found at the home, according to court documents.
Rourke signed a lease for the three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home for $5,200 a month, which was later increased to $7,000 a month, the filing says.
Property owner Eric Goldie is seeking compensation for attorney fees and damages, the LA Times reports.
Neither Rourke nor his representatives have publicly addressed the eviction notice.
News of Rourke's eviction comes months after the star Fighter said he planned to sue against Celebrity Big Brother United Kingdom following his elimination from the popular reality show.

Rourke agreed to leave the show on April 12. after producers warned him about inappropriate behavior and profanity on set.
Shortly after his dismissal, Rourke announced he was taking legal action over an alleged wage dispute; According to the actor, leaving the show early “cost him a big salary.” He only spent seven days on the show.

Rourke's departure came after he was involved in a dispute with 33-year-old Chris Hughes, another guest and Love Island alum.
Following a disagreement between Rourke and Hughes, Rep. Celebrity Big Brother UK said the actor's language was considered “threatening and aggressive” and noted that there were no physical altercations.
“Mickey Rourke has agreed to leave Celebrity Big Brother House tonight following discussions with Big Brother regarding the continued use of profanity and incidents of unacceptable behavior,” a spokesperson said Celebrities, Big Brother, UK told the BBC.
