The last season of college football has caused a lot of heated debates and now scandals.
Much of the talk in recent days has focused on the selection of the College Football Playoff committee for this year's 12-team playoff. But the debate quickly faded when news broke that Michigan had fired its head football coach. Sherron Moore.
The university said its investigation found sufficient evidence that Moore engaged in “an inappropriate relationship with an employee.” The announcement was a stunning end to a brief up-and-down period in Moore's tenure as the Wolverines took a step back on the field after winning the national championship and winning the national title. punished by the NCAA.

“This behavior constitutes a clear violation of university policy, and UM has a zero-tolerance approach to such behavior,” school officials said.
Later, Moore received a warning to the Washtenaw County Jail as Pittsfield police investigated the attack.

Moore, 39, is 9-3 this year after going 8-5 in his rookie season.
Last year, he signed a five-year contract with a base annual salary of $5.5 million. Under the terms of the deal, the university will not have to buy out the remaining years of Moore's contract because he was fired for cause.

Following news of the police investigation, the University of Michigan athletic department told Fox News Digital it “cannot comment on personnel matters” and had “nothing to share beyond the initial statement.”
