Death row inmate kept receiving emails from them
…a few days after their murder

Nan Williams – a death row inmate whom he befriended Rob And Michelle Rayner — received a rousing email from Michelle hours before she was killed… only he didn't receive it until days after her death, according to a new report.
Williams told NBC News he learned of the Reiner murders while checking the news on his government tablet at the WF Ramsey Unit—a maximum-security prison about 40 miles south of Houston, Texas—and immediately texted Michelle, “Please tell me the news is lying.”
A prisoner since age 17, Williams has spent his adult life behind bars after being charged with a murder he says he did not commit. He has reportedly become like family to the Reiners over the past decade after they saw a live performance of “Lyrics From Lockdown,” a spoken word multimedia performance based in part on Williams' works.
The couple reportedly began exchanging emails with Williams almost every day, but in prison, emails can take hours and sometimes days before inmates can read them.
Days after Rob and Michelle's deaths, Williams received three new emails from the slain couple, NBC reported.
Michelle's last email was sent after re-watching “Lyrics From Lockdown” with Billy Crystal.
In her post, Michelle spoke about how moved Billy was by the performance, calling the show “amazing.”
She wrote: “We all said we can't wait to watch it with you.”
As we reported…Rob and Michelle's son Nick was accused of their murders. If convicted, he could face the death penalty.
