Back then she was rising star Courtney Taylor. She is now in the Miami-Dade County Jail and is accused of stabbing to death her boyfriend, 27-year-old Christian “Toby” Obumseli, on April 3, 2022.

The murder trial was supposed to start in December but has now been delayed again, a Florida judge said this week, according to a report Miami Herald. At the hearing, prosecutors and her lawyers said they were not ready to act.
Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Andrea Ricker Wolfson set a Dec. 5 deadline for both sides to respond to the lawsuits. A new trial date has not been set.

At one point, Kleene had over 2 million followers, but has been caged since August 2022. The bottle blonde was arrested in Hawaii four months after Obumseli was stabbed to death.
Her lawyers are arguing that Clenny acted in self-defense and pleaded not guilty. However, social media, family and friends revealed that the relationship was extremely volatile and that Clenny was abusive.
PLEASE OPEN A CASE
Her team wants the case thrown out, alleging prosecutorial misconduct, and they want the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office disqualified over a seized laptop that led to the resignation of the lead prosecutor.
“There is no guarantee provided by either the State of Florida or the U.S. Constitution that Ms. Clenney can or will receive a fair trial in this matter based on all of the wrongs committed by the State of Florida,” her lawyers wrote in the 37-page document.

Assistant State's Attorney Khalil Queenan resigned in March after a judge ruled that prosecutors violated attorney-client privilege when they collected text messages and emails between Clenny's parents and their attorneys.
“I hope that my resignation will facilitate the resolution of the defendant's frivolous motions, correct the record, and allow this proceeding to refocus on what really matters: justice for Christian Obumseli,” Queenan wrote in the document when he resigned.
COMPUTER HACKING SCHEME
Clenney and her parents were previously charged in a computer hacking scheme that prosecutors said they uncovered through communications obtained through a warrant. Those charges were dropped.
Her lawyers also accused detectives of destroying blood evidence that “would have been useful to the defense.”

The Herald reports that in another filing, Clenney's lawyers asked the judge to bar the playback of more than 15 recordings of Obumseli's phone calls during the trial. Her team claims the recordings were made in the privacy of Clenney's home.
The recordings show the OnlyFans star shouting and swearing at Obumseli, calling him racial slurs. In one, she explodes with rage because he didn't tell her he said hello to a friend while out on a bike ride.

After calling her beau the N-word several times, she tells him, “Man, bitch” and “shut up and let me slap you, you stupid a**!” Her lawyers claimed the OnlyFans starlet was “mentally manipulated” by the dead man.
“This manipulative gaslighting behavior … was just one example of the psychological abuse she suffered in addition to the physical abuse,” the lawyers wrote.
