The hot girl summer may be over, but Megan Thee Stallion isn't slowing down anytime soon. Aside from her thriving music career, the multi-definer has also become something of a fitness icon, sharing her intense workouts on social media and creating her own training seriesand now I'm working with Bookmaker Fanatics to turn up the volume for basketball season.
It's hard not to be inspired by Megan's strength and determination, especially after her amazing performances. on “Love Island USA” and the Miami Swim Week runway. But honestly, she's come a long way. Meghan initially began her wellness journey during the COVID lockdown in 2020 with a YouTube series called “Hottie Bootcamp.” Since then, she has only continued to up her fitness game. . . and we want to know everything about it.

“Taking care of your mental and physical health is always an ongoing process,” Megan tells POPSUGAR as part of her Bookmaker Fanatics partnership. “Right now I’m just focused on staying disciplined in the gym, continuing to eat healthy, spending time with my loved ones, working on new music and taking time for myself to reset and recharge.”
However, Meghan knows it's not always easy, especially in winter. “There are days when I'm tired and just want to relax in bed, but I deal with it because I want to invest in my physical and mental health,” she says. “At the end of the day, it’s really about showing up every day and being patient with the process.”
