McLaren Team principal Andrea Stella reflected on the Woking team's back-to-back Constructors' Championship titles but insists “the biggest challenge is yet to come.”
As a result of the Singapore Grand Prix at Marina Bay Street Circuit, McLaren won the constructors' title after Lando Norris And Oscar Piastri brought home third and fourth place respectively.
The 27 points brought the team's total points for the season so far to 650, putting it beyond the team's reach. Mercedes And Ferrariwho are currently in second and third place in the standings with 325 and 298 points.
Following the on-track celebrations on Sunday, McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown, Stella, Piastri and Norris returned to the McLaren Technology Center with the trophy to celebrate with the entire team.
“It's great to celebrate our second Constructors' Championship in two years” Stella explained. “It’s incredible that we could secure the 2025 title with six more races to go. This incredible result for the entire team is a special moment that we can reflect on with great pride and recognition as successive world champions.
“Thank you to Lando and Oscar. And thank you to our families, our loved ones and friends who share with us the sacrifice and intensity of competing in Formula 1. Thank you to our HPP teammates, our technical and commercial partners and our fantastic fans. We have achieved this success together, and this will only make us more eager to continue this success in the future.”

While acknowledging the major milestone in winning the 2025 constructors' title, Stella also touched on the “biggest challenge” as 2026 sees the introduction of a new wave of championship rules.
“We have six rounds left, however we must remain focused and prepared as our biggest challenge is the rules change in 2026,” he continued. “This challenge will be like climbing Mount Everest, and we will overcome it together. Every minute counts and as a team we will make sure we continue to work hard to continue our journey as world champions.”
