Mariah Carey is set to add to the American pop star pedigree for the opening ceremony of the upcoming Cortina Winter Olympics in Milan.
The local organizing committee announced on Monday that Carey, 56, is the first international star to perform at the ceremony on February 6 at Milan's San Siro football stadium.
