Jarnkrok, 34, has missed the last two games with a lower-body injury suffered while blocking a shot. He has three goals in eight games, but it is unclear whether he will make the squad despite being cleared to play.
Laughton, 31, was sidelined after blocking a shot in the preseason.
The Leafs acquired the veteran forward from the Philadelphia Flyers at last season's trade deadline. The Oakville, Ont., native had two goals and two assists in 20 regular-season games for Toronto and then added two more helpers in 13 playoff games.
Lorenz was injured in Wednesday's game against the Blue Jackets after crashing into the boards in the second period. He missed three games earlier this month with a previous upper-body injury.
