SEATTLE (AP) — Vince Dunn scored on a power play 1:21 into overtime and Seattle snapped a five-game losing streak with a win over the Los Angeles Kings.

Matty Beniers tied the game for the Kraken with a power-play goal with 25.3 seconds left in regulation. Jared McCann also scored for Seattle, which has gone 0-5-1 without a win in its previous six games since Nov. 23. Or Tolvanan assisted on the draw and winning goals. Dunn added two assists.

Joey Daccord made 24 saves.

Alex Laferriere scored a shorthanded goal and Kevin Fiala scored a power play goal for the Kings. Anton Forsberg made 30 saves.

The Kraken were given a power play opportunity with 3:55 left in overtime when Adrian Kempe was called for tripping. Tolvanen, playing near the left circle, passed the ball to Dunn just above the right circle and his shot sailed past Forsberg.

It was the penalty in the match with Forsberg that gave the Kraken the opportunity to play on the power play with 38.8 seconds left in regulation time. With Daccord already drafted as an extra forward, Seattle used the Kings' advantage to their advantage. Tolvanen took the ball to the right flank and sent the ball into the net. Beniers redirected the ball past Forsberg.

Along with McCann's fifth goal of the year at 3:21 of the second period for a 1-0 score, all three of the Kraken's goals came on the power play. They now have goals on the man advantage in three of their last four games after going 0-for-14 in the four games prior.

Laferriere tied the game 1-1 at the 8:16 mark of the second with his sixth shorthanded goal of the season, a league-best for Los Angeles.

Fiala gave Los Angeles a 2-1 lead on the power play with 5:20 left in regulation.
