Pennsylvania authorities On Tuesday, it was revealed that surveillance video captured the brazen takeover of Lululemon, with two masked men using a sledgehammer to carry out the late-night invasion.
The suspects, who were seen grabbing armfuls of merchandise during multiple rounds of thefts, reportedly fled the scene in a U-Haul truck, Lower Merion police told Fox 29 Philadelphia.
The incident at the Ardmore Mall reportedly happened just before 2 a.m. Tuesday, resulting in what investigators believe was more than $5,000 worth of merchandise stolen.
In video released by police, two masked suspects dressed all in black slammed what appeared to be a sledgehammer into the window entrance of the store. They then quickly rushed into the store without hesitation, immediately setting their sights on the winter coats and shirts in the men's department.

The suspects apparently grabbed racks of down jackets and hoodies before returning to the street. The video then shows the men returning to the store a second time after leaving the item. stolen items take even more goods.
In total, the footage shows that the robbery lasted approximately five minutes.
The men fled the scene after loading the stolen merchandise into the back of a U-Haul pickup parked outside, Fox 29 reported.

By midday, the store had reopened, but the glass on the front door remained broken and a large banner hung out front, the local station reported.
Tuesday's incident was not the first attack at a Lululemon store, according to a store employee.
“I came out here with my bartender and we looked and it's scary that this is happening right across the street from us,” Gina Picciano, general manager of Lola's Garden, told Fox 29.

In an incident last year, Picciano said that there was a theft during store opening hours.
“All of a sudden a bunch of people ran out with armfuls of stuff, so it's happening in broad daylight,” he added. “It doesn’t matter if it’s night or day, and it’s crazy.”
Lower Merion Police told Fox 29 the delay in alarms could impact response times, with a focus on crime prevention and partnering with traffickers.

“Sometimes there is a delay in receiving these calls from Lululemon because their operations center is the one receiving the video and alarms,” Superintendent of Police Andy Block said this. “Prevention is the key here and we are always concerned about criminal elements entering our communities and our officers work all the time to try and prevent this from happening. We want to work with our merchants to try to make our community safer.”
