GameCube launch name Luigi's Mansion returns just in time for Halloween, arriving in the Nintendo Classics library on October 30th. It joins a lineup of five other games from the purple breakfast console: F-Zero GX, The Legend of Zelda: Wind Rider, Super Mario Strikers, Chibi-Robo!And Soulcalibur 2.
There were three issues in the series Luigi's Mansion franchise, but the first part is perhaps many players' favorite. While this is partly due to nostalgia, as it served as the first introduction to a terrified Luigi and his Poltergust 3000, the original game also has an overall creepier atmosphere and creepier spirit compared to the more cartoonish scares found in later installments.
