DETROIT, MI, November 30. No. 29 Cass Tech [Detroit, MI] Technicians will take over Catholic Central [Novi, MI] Shamrocks Sunday night in the MHSAA Division 1 Michigan State Championship game.

Cass Tech is seeking a second straight league title after winning last year's title game 42-20 over Hudsonville [MI] Eagles. It capped a 12-2 season for the Technicians, who were on a 10-game winning streak heading into the 2025 season. At 14-0, the Techies turned it into a 24-game series heading into Sunday's title game at Ford Field.
Catholic Central also enters the game undefeated at 13-0. They will be looking to avenge a 17-14 loss to Cass Tech in last year's Division I semifinals, which finished the 2024 season at 12-1.
