It's time for Malcolm to come home.
First trailer for the upcoming Malcolm in the Middle revival “Malcolm Spotlight: Life Is Still Unfair.” was released on December 29, featuring Frankie Muniz reprising his genius middle child character from 25 years ago.
“My life is fantastic right now,” Malcolm says at the top of the trailer. “All I had to do was stay away from my family.”
It appears Malcolm did just that, as his mom Lois, played by Jane Kaczmarek, says in the next scene that her middle child has been “intentionally hiding” from the family for years.
Now with a daughter of his own, Malcolm is forced to head home for a special family holiday.
Bryan Cranston returns as patriarch Hal, Chris Kennedy Masterson reprises his role as older brother Francis, Justin Berfield returns as brother Reese, and Amy Coligado is Francis' wife Piama.
What is Malcolm in the Middle: Life Is Still Unfair about?
Malcolm in the Middle: Life Is Still Unfair follows Malcolm as his parents demand he show up at their 40th birthday party after more than a decade of keeping his distance from his kooky family.
