Lenovo launches the Yoga Mini i 1L 11, a tiny cylindrical PC with AI Copilot, four displays, and extreme portability

IN CES 2026, Lenovo introduced the Yoga Mini i (1L, 11), an ultra-compact cylindrical PC weighing just 600 g, becoming the smallest model in the line of portable desktop computers.

This device uses an aluminum chassis that provides a balance of portability and ruggedness, suitable for professional and AI-enabled workflows.

Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processors provide sufficient performance to handle demanding applications.

Memory can be configured up to 32 GB LPDDR5x at 8533 MT/s, providing high access speeds for large data sets and multi-tasking scenarios.

Storage options include up to 2TB PCIe Gen4 M.2 to fit the compact form factor. workstations whose goal is to provide a desktop-like experience.

Its graphics are based on a UMA design, which could be suitable for general AI and multimedia workloads, although it will likely struggle with heavier GPU-accelerated workloads.

The Yoga Mini i offers an unusually extensive selection of ports for a device of its size.

The rear panel features one Thunderbolt 4 port with 5V, 3A power delivery, two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports including 100W adapter support, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 port, HDMI 2.1 TMDS, and a 2.5G RJ45 LAN connector.

On the side there is a combo audio jack, an additional Thunderbolt 4 port with power delivery support, and a power button with fingerprint authentication.

Wireless connection is provided via Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0. Audio output is limited, consisting of a single 2W speaker coupled with a dual built-in microphone array for basic conferencing and voice input functions.

The Yoga Mini i measures 130x130x48.6mm. mobile workstation It's easy to move between desks or take on the go.

The Yoga Mini i doesn't beat the ThinkCentre M75n Nano Desktop, which remains smaller and more power efficient but offers similar performance to the AMD Ryzen 5 PRO processors.

Lenovo's decision not to revive the M75n leaves a gap in the market for ultra-compact PCs that combine high performance with the smallest possible physical size.

In practice, the Yoga Mini i is capable of mini pcalthough some users may still prefer the Nano's more minimalist form factor for maximum portability.
