A milestone in the legacy of valor
Philip Husak, Lead Developer Legacy of Valorshared an exciting update after the game's remarkable success. Kickstarter debut. In just 48 hours, the campaign reached 36% of its funding goal, an impressive milestone for the small and passionate development team behind the project.
According to Husak, the public response has been overwhelming. Supporters from around the world contributed through pledges, comments and shares, helping to bring the team's vision to life. While part of the studio managed the online campaign, another group was in Vienna showing off the first playable prototype of Legacy of Valor at Game City 2025. Attendees of the event had the opportunity to experience the game in person, meet Husak in person, and take a photo with one of the knights featured in the game.
Husak also told us what fans can expect in the coming days. The team plans to release extended, uncut gameplay footage of the prototype and share details about upcoming additional goals aimed at expanding the scope of the game. There are also interactive Q&A sessions planned on Kickstarter, Steam, Discord and other platforms to interact directly with backers.
He added that the team is looking forward to meeting new fans at the Poznań Game Arena 2025, which will take place from October 24 to 26. Husak expressed his gratitude to everyone who has supported the project so far, describing the start of the campaign as inspiring and humbling. The journey of Legacy of Valor has just begun and the team is more motivated than ever to bring their vision to life.
