We've seen a lot of left-wing violence in America lately, but we're hardly immune to it. Across the pond in Berlin, Germany, they learn just how harmful crazy anarchists can be if they stop to think about it. Namely, a far-left environmental organization called the Vulcan Group claimed responsibility for the attack on the power grid, which left thousands of residents without power for days – even as freezing temperatures gripped the region.
According to the Berlin Zeitung newspaper, the group published a 4,163-word letter saying they did so to protest against the energy industry, adding that they were targeting wealthy areas to “give free rein to the ruling class“
Looks like their left is just as crazy as ours.

On its third full day, a massive power outage in Berlin caused by arson began to weigh on the nerves of tens of thousands of people who have to cope without heat, electricity, cell phone service and hot food and drinks.
It also made them question their infrastructure and security. The power outages began on Saturday when firefighters were called to a fire in a cable transom that crosses a canal and connects residents to one of Berlin's largest power plants.
“A country like Russia will watch this closely to see where the critical points are,” said Jürgen Eicher, a 56-year-old resident. “I'd rather it wasn't so obvious.”

The German radical group Antifa, calling itself Vulcan, claimed responsibility for the attack.
Note: Antifa is a nebulous group, and the Vulcan group (group of volcanoes) Not formally associated with them, but the German authorities describe them as “belonging to the violent-oriented anarchist spectrum of the left-wing extremist scene.” You get the idea.

The outages have caused widespread suffering, with tens of thousands of businesses left without power, schools closed, hospitals and nursing homes damaged, and trains grounded, all as temperatures remain below freezing. Authorities have been forced to open warming shelters where people can defrost and charge their phones, although communications have also been affected.
Power is slowly being restored, but German officials do not expect the situation to be fully resolved until Thursday.

The saboteurs reportedly set fire to a cable-stayed bridge that carried five major power lines and planted explosives underneath it. This raises questions about Germany's security, especially when it comes to its old enemy, Russia.
The blackout has added fuel to the debate over the reliability of Germany's critical infrastructure. As the fourth anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine approaches, German authorities have warned the population that the country has become the target of sabotage attacks.
On Monday, authorities asked federal prosecutors to take over the case, a sign of how seriously they take the sabotage.

The radical left would like to see human progress set back a century or more as they try to impose their extremist views on the environment, equality, gender ideology and energy on everyone else. They continue to tell us and the entire world around us that they are the enemies of civilized people. We should listen.
