Looks like we're going down to South Park someday soon, if the latest Fortnite leak is anything to go by. According to the noted Fortnite source of information Hype Xwhich has a pretty stellar track record, there's a major collaboration coming up that will bring elements of South Park into Fortnite. Considering that none of this has been officially confirmed, take this information with a grain of salt.
According to the leak, the collaboration will feature multiple skins as well as a map boss, as well as a new mythic weapon, medallion, and consumables. Oh, and the Rift Anomaly based on Kenny's endless deaths. This is a little more than the kit in the store.
According to Hype X, fans should expect to see their favorite South Park characters in mech suits much like Bart and Lisa (The Simpsons), as well as Morty (Rick and Morty). This has become the standard for Fortnite when it comes to adding child character skins to the game. Besides, you can't expect Eric Cartman to run around the map, can you? Weak.

While we don't know the details of most of these items or how they will work, according to the leak, the Rift Anomaly and the Rebirth Medallion are related. The purpose of the medallion should be fairly simple to understand. If you have the medallion and are killed, you will automatically respawn in the game without your team having to run to the reload van.
The “Everyone Kills Kenny” anomaly, if the leak is correct, will grant this ability to everyone for a short time. This is very typical for a character who is killed off in most episodes only to return in the next installment.
If this leak is ultimately confirmed, there is no telling when it will go away. Currently, Fortnite is at an early stage chapter 7 season 1. The next big event is the annual Winterfest, which is essentially a big advent calendar full of cosmetics.
