Toboggan Festival headliners will come to crash 2025 in Quebec City on a stage inspired by one of the world's biggest music festivals.
Welcome the rising German star BUNT. as well as SIDEPIECE, Frank Walker and Coco & Breezy, from December 29th to 31st the BLEUFEU team pulled out all the stops. At the Place de l'Assemblee-Nationale, DJs will perform in front of a strip of LED screens that stretches over thirty meters, creating a panoramic effect.
“It's a really interesting electronics installation. It's inspired by an installation I saw at Coachella this year. The DJ looks like a puppet because you see him on a screen and in a smaller size. [sur la scène]. The effect is truly impressive,” says programmer Louis Bellavance.
This investment by BLEUFEU means that concerts will be concentrated at the Place de l'Assemble-Nationale. Place George V will retain its family-friendly purpose, particularly through the screening of classic holiday films, but will be used for music for one evening only, on December 31st, for performances by Jérôme 50 and the band La Déferlance.
Rise of the REVOLT.
Called in to replace Shaquille O'Neal at the last minute at this summer's Unity Electro Fest, DJ BUNT. will perform for the second time in Quebec in 2025.
Levi Weick, 29, from Stuttgart, is part of a new generation of electronic music producers who are getting crowds around the world dancing. The name is RIOT. remains little known to the general public, but Louis Bellavance is convinced that the situation will change.
“Song Cloudsthis is monstrous. The figures of these artists are amazing. How do they manage to be so important and yet we talk so little about them? This is the great secret of show business. Clouds has 300 million streams on Spotify alone and is one of the top 20 most streamed pop songs.”
“In the end,” he adds, “he became the artist we could see on the plains of Abraham.”
- All Toboggan concerts are free. Seats for access to exclusive areas of the Place de l'Assemble-Nationale are for sale.
