There is a lot of meat in the 11th week. Everywhere you look, you can find an intriguing matchup, making this one of the most interesting matchups of the entire regular season.
Just looking at Sunday's game lineup, there are seven division matchups, including a heavyweight showdown between the Rams and Seahawks at Sophie Stadium. Meanwhile, the Buccaneers head to Buffalo to take on the Bills, while the Lions and Eagles wrap up Sunday night's game in Philadelphia. With the final international game of the season coming up as the Commanders and Dolphins battle it out from Madrid, Spain, we have a long day ahead of us.

Philadelphia is confusing. On one hand, the Eagles are 7-2 and lead the NFC as the projected No. 1 seed entering Week 11. On the other hand, however, they remain clumsy on offense and are coming off a terrible win over Green Bay. Saquon Barkley (3.9 yards per carry in 2025) wasn't as efficient as it was a year ago, and the Lions are a solid defense that can continue to slow down the Eagles' offense.
Defensively, Philadelphia was able to close Packers down. I'm thinking about adding a pass rusher though. Jaelan Phillips will be important for them in the future, I have questions about whether it will be enough in this matchup against Detroit. In the end, the Packers still found their way without Tucker Craft in the fold, and there was no first-round rookie receiver Matthew Golden or. The Lions feature many more players to consider at skill positions, including Jamir Gibbs.
Supporting the Lions in primetime is always a good way to support the team, as they are 13-2 over the last four seasons under the primetime spotlight. Detroit is also 12-6 as an underdog over the last four seasons.
Projected score: Lions 27, Eagles 24
Choice: Leo +2.5
I don't like the location here for Miami and that is the main factor why I chose Washington here. The Dolphins will get their biggest win of the season on Sunday with an upset. Buffalo Bills at Hard Rock Stadium. While it was an impressive win, they are still one of the worst teams in the NFL and could be in for a disappointment, especially since they travel to Spain internationally for this matchup. It's hard to imagine that they will play with the same intensity.
As for the Commanders, they will again be left without Jayden Daniels And Terry McLaurinbut I think Marcus Mariota is a backup quarterback capable of leading his team to an upset win, especially against a defense that gives up 25.6 points per game (ninth-worst in the NFL) and has the fourth-most yards allowed per game (5.9). I'm also curious to see if Dan Quinn taking over the play-calling duties on defense will spark that side of the ball.
It's also worth noting that the Dolphins are 1-5 against the spread in their last six games following a win.
Projected score: Commanders 24, Dolphins 21.
Choice: Commanders +2.5

I don't think I've been as excited for a game this season as I was for Sunday's Seahawks-Rams game. This looks like a potential NFC Championship preview between two rivals who are 7-2 and atop the NFC West. Both Matthew Stafford And Sam Darnold They're playing at an MVP level and each club boasts a strong defense, so it's a really tough battle.
But there can only be one winner, and I raise my flag with Seattle. I certainly like to take them with points, putting the field goal in the pocket in a game where the difference is very thin. However, I also like it when they deal with the frustration. The Seahawks have shown us this season that road conditions don't bother them, entering Week 11 with a perfect 4-0 record on the road ATS and SU. They are also extremely balanced on both sides of the ball when they keep their foot on the gas. Seattle has the best points differential (+14.2) through the first three quarters since the 2007 New England Patriots.
Projected score: Seahawks 24, Rams 21
Choice: Seahawks +3
Each of these teams suffer losses in Week 10, but Buffalo's situation was more dire. The loss to the Dolphins dropped them further in the division standings, while the Bucs remain in first place in the NFC South and are missing key pieces on offense. I think Buffalo will throw the kitchen sink into this game to right the ship at home, but it will be close and I expect Tampa Bay to keep that number up. This is largely due to the upcoming return Bucky Irving. If he suits up, this would be a great place for him to hit the stage again. The Bills are giving up a league-high 5.5 yards per rush this season. If the Beeches can dominate on the ground, they will stay within striking distance.
Tampa Bay is also 2-0 after losing this season. Baker Mayfield is 17-8 as an underdog since joining the Buccaneers in 2023.
Projected score: Bills 27, Buccaneers 23.
