Croy Biermann addressed the woman who summoned him to court Kim Zolciak in a divorce case to warn her about Kim… that's according to the woman's testimony in the case.
Gillian Green was arrested in this case back in June… and she revealed that Kroy actually called her to share his concerns about Kim's relationship with ex-husband Jillian. Kyle Mowitz.
Greene alleged that Biermann told her that Zolciak would “sneak money out of Kyle” … claiming that Kim had already put grocery delivery from Instacart on Movitz's credit card.
Jillian said Kroy warned her about Kim's mental state… saying he called her a narcissist with a gambling addiction who was never around her children – allegations that reflect past legal documents he filed during the divorce proceedings, by the way.
Jillian said she met Biermann one day… they met at her cousin's house. She said they met there because Croy is a public figure and she didn't want to draw too much attention to herself.
During her testimony, Jillian said she and Kroy hadn't spoken in months… and she insisted they were never romantically involved.
In another strange twist, Jillian claimed that Kroy told her he was sitting outside Kyle's house… however, she said she never feared for Kyle's safety.
We broke history… Zolciak and Movitz are now in a serious relationship. – which, according to sources, began back in April or May of this year. Apparently, this is Kim's first serious relationship after her divorce from Kroy.
The news of this new romance comes just hours after news broke that Gillian summons Kim to court in connection with her divorce case, in which Kim alleged that Greene requested “all documents relating to or relating to your financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including, but not limited to, gifts given to or received from Kyle, expenses paid on your behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business with which he is associated, money lent to you, and money paid to you by Mr. Movitz, or any enterprises with which he is associated.”
We've reached out to Croy for comment…no response yet.
