AAnd while Kevin emphasized that Preston and Jaden had a “transformative” experience in Hawaii, Jaden has already returned to Los Angeles to get serious about his music career.
“Jaden is already back in Los Angeles pursuing his musical dreams,” Kevin shared. “Preston is finding his way as an adult. Watching them both grow has filled me with pride. We've done everything we can to prepare them for life, and I know they're ready.”
Elsewhere in his book, Kevin detailed his sons' difficult relationship with their mother, noting that they were often too scared to even stay at her house. However, thDJ said thatboth Preston and Jaden remained close friends with Britney's siblings. Jamie Lynn Spears and especially brother Brian Spearsadding: “I was glad to see that there was good communication there and it came at a time when they really needed it.”
In response to statements Kevin made in his upcoming book, Britney's rep said in a statement to E! News on October 14 that “he and others are once again profiting from her, and unfortunately this is happening after Kevin stopped paying child support.”
“All she cares about is her children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, and their well-being during this bombshell,” the rep said. “She described her journey in detail in her memoirs. [The Woman in Me]”
