The federal judge blocked the efforts of President Donald Trump on the deployment of the National Guard forces in Portland during a night decision on Sunday.
The judge of the United States district Karin Immort ruled that the action was illegal and unconstitutional by issuing an emergency temporary prohibiting order to terminate the deployment of the National Guard of California. The order also prohibits the use of troops from any other state or Washington, the District of Colombia, in Oregon.
The Immorta resolution says that the Trump administration violates the federal law 10 USC §12406 and the tenth amendment.
“It seems that this violates both 10 USC §12406 and the tenth amendment,” said IMMOGT during the trial, according to Adam Classfeld from Allrise News.

Immergut also instructed the lawyer of the Ministry of Justice Eric Hamilton, why the Ministry of Justice continued to pursue the movements of the troops.
“How can the federal National Guard from California not be a direct violation of Tro that I released yesterday?” She asked.
“You are an officer of the court. Are the accused not bypassing my order?”
Hamilton continued to deny what kind of offenses, but offered the defense into which Immergut pushed.
“You should have a color statement that the conditions of Oregon require the deployment of the national guard – you do not do this.”

Scott Kennedy from Oregon said that it was like a “playing rhetorical Whac-a-Mole” and referred to reports that Trump might think about sending the troops of the Texas National Guard to Chicago.
Representatives of the Ministry of Justice asked to stop, but Immort denied both stay and administrative delay, saying that this was an “emergency”, and there were no new facts to justify the request for a change in its previous resolution.
“I cope with this on an extraordinary basis with a limited briefing,” she said. “No new information about what new problems in Portland.”

California governor Gavin News (D) immediately went to X to boast.
“Break: we just won in court – again. The federal judge blocked the illegal attempt by Donald Trump to deploy 300 of our troops of the National Guard in Portland. The court granted our request for a temporary prohibition order – stopped federalization, moving or deploying any guard to Oregon from any state. Trump's correction in relation to the authorities will not stand, ”said in the message.
The Ministry of Justice indicates that he will appeal the decision with the arguments that the President retains powers in accordance with federal legislation for the deployment of the National Guard forces in cases of “internal unrest”.
