After the 20th anniversary of the tour of the album, Jill Scott, awarding in the chart, “who is Jill Scott?: The words and sounds of Vol I” were forced to finish prematurely due to pandemic, he would resume.
Scott announced that next year she would return to the road for the show, during which she will play in a full album, including her hits, such as Gettin 'in the Way, A Long Walk and other songs.
The tour created by Live Nation Urban will play in more than 20 markets throughout the country. Scott will also have special multidisciplinary residences in Washington, the District of Colombia, in the National Harbor MGM on the weekend of mother and the hometown of Scott Philadelphia in Met Philadelphia. This is the first when a native of northern Philadelphia will play there.
At the “Philadelphia stop”, funds from the Arden Theater will be presented in support of the non -profit Scott, the Blues Babe Foundation.

Scott published her debut record in July 2000. It became the Platinum double album and received several Grammy nominations, including the Best New Artist (2001), the best result R&B (2001) and the best female R&B Vocal Performance for three years in a row (2001-2003).
Preliminary sales for the Scott tour will begin on December 6.
The tour will begin in February in August, Georgia, Bell Auditorium.
