“God is real. God is strong,” the post read. “Sorry, I have no words right now… Just grateful! I go and start breathing on my own. Sincerely grateful to everyone.”

The update comes after Jets head coach Aaron Glenn said Boyd was “optimistic” in their recent conversation.

“What's reassuring to me is that he's in good spirits,” Glenn told reporters during his media appearance before the team's 12th-round game against the Baltimore Ravens. “His wife and his child are in good spirits and he will easily give it up.”

Boyd was listed in critical but stable condition. Glenn said he doesn't have a timeline for when Boyd might be released from the hospital.

“I don’t know yet,” the coach said. “But I will say this: Just talking to him, he felt very optimistic. And again, I take comfort in the fact that he feels that way and speaks that way.”

NYPD released photos suspect wanted in the shooting. Authorities have not released the man's name.

“The wanted man is described as male, medium complexion,” police said. “He was last seen wearing a black cap, black sweatshirt, black pants, multi-colored trainers and carrying a black book bag.”

Glenn said Boyd was on his mind “a ton” after the incident.

“The first thing I thought was he just had a baby,” Glenn said. “And I think about his wife, I think about his baby, and I want to make sure he's okay. And that's the only thing that really came to my mind…

“There's a process to it that I won't go into, but I'm excited about the fact that he's going to come out of this situation very, very well.”
