Ozzy's eldest children from his marriage to Thelma admittedly didn't spend much time with the rocker, who was often away on tour.
“My memories from growing up with my dad are that he was gone for a very long time and there was always an adjustment period where he would come home and then everything would be normal and then he would be gone again,” Jessica said in the 2011 documentary. God Bless Ozzy Osbourne. “So it was a very chaotic childhood with my father.”
And when he was at home he often went to pubs.
“When he was around and didn’t get angry, he was a great dad,” Louis added. “But it was actually quite rare.”
After Ozzy and Thelma split, he and his children continued to keep in touch. Indeed, there was such an episode. The Osbornes where Ozzy received a call saying that Jessica had given birth and he was becoming a grandfather for the first time. Louis also said that he sees Aimee, Kelly and Jack from time to time.
“I don’t travel half as much as I used to, and they’re in America,” he said. Birmingham Live in 2012. “We are more likely to see each other in a random hotel in New York than we are all gathered around a table for Sunday lunch. We meet on special occasions.”
However, he and his father decided to check the situation regularly.
“Dad usually comes over on a Sunday afternoon to hang out and when he comes to the UK we pick up the kids,” Louis added. “Dad is a wonderful, very loving grandfather.”
Little has been publicly reported about Louis and Jessica's brother Elliott.
