There are so many twists and turns in this intelligent heist thriller* that every time I watch it, I discover a new hidden detail.
So here are some hidden details and easter eggs from Origin it will make you immediately want to rewatch.
1.
“Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien” by Edith Piaf, also known as the “fire” song used throughout the film, Ttwo minutes and 28 seconds long. Lead time for Origin The duration is two hours and 28 minutes.

After the failure of Saito's (Ken Watanabe) initial “extraction” in the opening title sequence, House Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) states that he “doesn't like trains.” Trains symbolic throughout the film, especially as a motive for Cobb and Mal (Marion Cotillard).

If you add the remaining characters you get “DREAMS PAY“: Peter (Tom Berenger), Ariadne (Elliot Page) and Yusuf (Dilip Rao).

Each member of the starting team is foil for the filmmaking process, Cobb is the director, Arthur is the producer, Ariadne is the production designer, Eames is the actor, and Saito is the studio.

3502 is a recurring number between Cobb and Mal – we first see it as the room number in their anniversary hotel room, as well as on the train that passes during their first coup.

The house hires Ariadne because of her capabilities for mazes and puzzles. In Greek mythology, Ariadne helped Theseus escape from the Minotaur's labyrinth by giving him a spool of thread so he could enter the labyrinth and then escape from the labyrinth.

At home totem it's a red herring – the movie makes us believe his totem is a spinning top, when in fact it was Mel's totem. Dom's totem is actually his wedding ring: when he sleeps, he wears it, but in reality he doesn't.

The French for “wrong” is “mel”, aka Mel, Cobb's late wife.

In the first level of Robert's dream, when we see license plates cars on the street, the state motto reads: “The Alternative State.”

The second level of Robert's dream occurs in Hotel Valfierno this is a reference to Eduardo de Valfierno, the con man who allegedly stole the Mona Lisa in 1911.

Finally, this line from Leo's character is a cheeky reference to his role in Catch me if you can:
