Either way, 16GB is definitely better from a future perspective.
One aggravating, and maybe even confusing, issue is the frequent rumors about upgraded RTX 50 Super GPUs. GPUs that could – if rumors are to be believed – arrive either late this year or early 2026. However, all currently available evidence indicates that superprocessing only applies to PTX 5070 and higher, which would leave the RTX 5060 Ti without such an immediate replacement.
