The next chapter in Garth Brooks' burgeoning career comes this week when the country superstar hits the video commerce platform. TalkShopLive for a special event for one night only.

The program offers a rare first-person account of the years chronicled in Brooks' new photo book and music collection. Anthology Part VI: The Return, The Next Five Yearswhich traces the country legend's journey through stadium-sized triumphs, a pandemic, dive bar busts and a long-awaited return to Ireland, where he played in front of more than 400,000 fans at Croke Park in Dublin in 2022.
While the anthology features the voices of the bandmates, crew members, songwriters and colleagues who lived every moment with him, the TalkShopLive special narrows its gaze to just Brooks. Viewers will hear directly from the singer as he traces the artistic and emotional decisions that shaped this period, including why he alternated between stadiums and small stages, how he navigated unprecedented shutdowns, and what it means to restore momentum in real time.
Viewers can tune into the livestream and watch Brooks talk about his journey over the past few years while tuning in to his new Anthology, which features more than 150 never-before-seen photographs taken by Brooks and his team, as well as behind-the-scenes stories from life on the road and commentary on 2020s films. FUN! and 2024s Time Traveler albums and reflections on moments from a tour that took him through North America and Europe.
The anthology itself was born out of a desire for the story to be told honestly by those who were present. As Brooks explains, “If someone tells the story of my life, this is how I want it to be told.” TalkShopLive, meanwhile, says the special footage captures the idea from its perspective, giving audiences a “guided, personal account of the events and decisions behind the topic.”
