First interact with the phone to activate it if you want to make a call.
- You will need to find numbers located in different POIs. For example, the personnel selection committee at a gas station will provide you with numbers.
- Once you find the number, use the numeric keys to enter it.
- Do not use numbers in the top row.
- When entering numbers, make sure there are no pauses.
If you entered the number correctly, the connection will occur automatically. The NPC will pick up the phone and a conversation will begin. You can also turn off the call, but it is advisable to wait until the NPC does this. Terminating a call prematurely may interfere with the target's normal operation.
