Flu cases are rising in the United States, with the latest data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) putting the number of cases at more than 7.5 million. The Northeast has been particularly hard hit, with New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island experiencing “very high” flu activity.
