Corrupted Tongues of Azmodan is a special item that you receive. Diablo 4 Season 11 and when used correctly it has a lot of value.
Unlike other publicly available Season 11 items, Azmodan's Corrupt Tongue can only be obtained by killing that specific Lesser Evil. However, you will have to use this item elsewhere where you can find Azmodan's hordes.

How to get Corrupted Tongues of Azmodan in Diablo 4 Season 11
You can obtain Azmodan's Corrupt Tongue by defeating a summoned version of this Lesser Evil. You can summon Azmodan by fulfilling certain conditions (more on this below) or by waiting for the world boss to rotate.
Azmodan may appear as a world boss and you can track him using Helltides.com. When you defeat Azmodan, who has appeared as a world boss, you will be able to use Corrupted Tongues for additional rewards.
Unfortunately, the community and I seem to be quite confused about how to summon Azmodan, which is quite difficult.
How to Summon Azmodan in Diablo 4 Season 11
The summoned version of Azmodan is different from the one that appears during the world boss rotation. To summon Azmodan, go to Zarbinzet and then to Hawezar. You will find an area marked by Azmodan and three altars.
The three altars belong to Andariel, Duriel and Belial, the other three Lesser Evils in Season 11. When you defeat these Lesser Evils, they will drop random items, including materials needed to unlock them. Divine gifts.
Some of these random items may be Spoiled in nature. For example, it could be Duriel's Corrupt Horn that activates his Altar. Likewise, you can activate Andariel's Altar using Andariel's Corrupted Claw. You will need certain corrupted items to interact with the correct altars.
To create Azmodan, you will need corrupted material for any other Lesser Evil. However, sometimes an error appears that interferes with the correct mechanism. During this process, Azmodan will be summoned with the powers of another Lesser Evil, whose Altar will be used for the summoning.
You will get damaged parts randomly and you will have to farm Andariel, Duriel and Belial multiple times (unless you get lucky).
How to use Corrupted Tongues of Azmodan in Diablo 4 Season 11
Once you have found at least five Corrupted Tongues of Azmodan, you will have to wait for the Lesser Evil to appear as a world boss in the rotation. Obviously, only defeating this version will allow you to use Corrupted Tongues.
Defeating them (either alone or in a group) will give you a chance to encounter Azmodan's Treasure. You can use Azmodan's Hoard to open it and receive valuable rewards.
