New to the Pixel 10 is the AI-focused Journal app. While the app is an interesting idea, it is one of the first throwaway apps that can be uninstalled.

Screenshots

The Pixel 9 introduced a dedicated screenshot app that processed the content contained within them to make it easy to find. You can uninstall the app completely or go to the app settings and switch Find your screenshots using on-device AI turn off.

Google Photos

Artificial intelligence takes center stage in Google Photos, but you can reduce the number of Gemini features in the app with a few taps.
