You can get Go-Safari Balls as part Pokemon Go Wild Area: Global and can only be used during event hours. No, seriously – they disappear after the event ends.
These balls are based on the regular camouflage Safari balls from the main games. Typically, you can only use Safari Balls in the Safari Zone, a special area where wild Pokémon roam and you cannot battle them. You can throw treats and rocks at them to try to increase their catch, but eventually you just had to throw safari balls at them to catch some of these rare creatures.

What do Go Safari balloons do?
Go Safari Balls are special Pokeballs that have higher catch rate. Although the catch rate is not 100% known, it is known to be much better than the Ultra Ball.
They are especially effective against “mighty pokemon“which will also debut as part of the Go Wild Area event, but know that you can use them for anything. This includes Galarian birdswhich have a notoriously low chance of being caught, so be sure to use Daily Adventure Incense during the event period to increase your chances if you haven't already obtained them.
For those who have a paid Go Wild Area ticket, during the capture phase of the raid. Premier Balls will also be replaced by Go Safari Balls in Raids and Max Battles. — but know that any leftovers will be thrown away and not saved for other appointments.
Please remember that this is an exclusive ball for the event and will disappear at the end of the event on Sunday, November 16th. – so be sure to use them before 6pm local time on Sunday.
Pokemon are finally caught in Go Safari Balls. cannot be transferred to Pokémon Home yet. Niantic announced that players will be able to do this in the future, but “stay tuned for more information.”

There are several ways to get more Go Safari balls during the event, but for players looking to avoid spending money, there aren't many options. That being said, you should start playing early to complete your exploration if you want to get and use your number of Go Safari Orbs before they disappear.
