The Old Tessie renovation scheme continues in Black Ops 7 Zombies Astra Malorum map and you can upgrade your vehicle with the DG-2 turret.
The process for obtaining this upgrade is relatively simple, but it is separate from the main Easter egg. However, this is a great update and this guide will cover all the steps. You'll also solve another musical Easter egg along the way.
Black Ops 7 Zombies Astra Malorum DG-2 Turret Upgrade Location
Finding the DG-2 Turret will take some time, depending on which doors you open first. The right location is where you can find Perk “Tea Light”. When you get to this place, you will find a planet and a collection of asteroids in front of you.
Target the flying asteroid with explosives. Ideally, you can use either a Semtex or a Frag Grenade for best results. If there are zombies around you, you need to destroy them first. After you hit a flying asteroid with explosives, wait a few seconds. The asteroid will float in space and come closer to you.
Run and jump to reach the asteroid. As soon as you land on the asteroid, you will begin to float in space. It will also start playing the Pareidolia song. The asteroid will also float and bring you closer to upgrading the DG-2 turret.
Once you receive the update, you can install it on Old Tessie. This easter egg also solves the Paraidolia song puzzle. Of course, there are many other secrets to uncover on the Astra Malorum map. A new Wonder Weapon has appeared in the form of LGM-1and this is part of the main quest.
You also have to solve the main musical Easter egg, for which you need to find three Mister Peeks headphones. Finally, you can also find missing discs in different places to reproduce Track “Alpha Omega: Game Over”.
