If you want turn your Swirlix into a Slurpuff V Pokemon Legends: ZAyou will need to exchange it while it contains a certain item. You can have it special evolution pretty early in the game, so if this is your favorite Pokemon, you're in luck.
Below we explain how to turn Swirlix into Slurpuff Pokemon Legends: ZA.
How to transform Swirlix into Slurpuff in Pokémon Legends: ZA
To develop your Swirlix, you will need trade him while he holds a whipped dreamwhich you can get by completing Side Mission 14 (“Visit Slurpuff's Café”). This quest opens after completing main mission 6 and is located on Estival Avenue:
After completing the mission, you will receive two Dream Whips, which will allow you to evolve two Swirlixes.
If you've already accumulated credits in the game and need even more Wipped Dreams, you can try to get more points by completing Infinite Royale matches. It has a fairly low drop rate, so you'll need to be very lucky to get it using this method.
Once you get the Whipped Dream, give it to your Swirlix and you'll be ready to turn it into a delicious Glitch.
Unfortunately, this means you'll either need a Nintendo Switch Online membership or a local trainer who also has Pokemon Legends: ZA.
To exchange Swirlix, follow these steps:
-
Press X to open the menu.
-
Select the “Play via link” option.
-
Select the “Link Trade” option.
-
Select “Near Players” if you are trading locally, or “Far Players” if you are trading online.
-
Enter the 8-digit link code to connect to the exchange recipient.
-
Select your Swirlix and submit it for a trade.
Provided that your Swirlix actually held the Whipped Dream in its hands, it will immediately evolve as soon as it is in the hands of your trading partner. However, if you want the original Pokemon, your trading partner will have to trade it back.
If you don't have anyone to trade with, you can use the trading code “0098 0098” which will match you with other players who want to evolve their Swirlix. Please note: Before trading with strangers, you should make sure they are offered Swirlix holds a whipped dreamtoo much. You can do this by pressing R when prompted to trade.
I would too personally I don't recommend selling alpha or shiny Swirlix to a stranger – there is a very high probability that they will run away with their new rare friend. In this case, it's probably best to try to find someone who can reliably trade you your delicious Pokémon back.
Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be anywhere to catch Slurpuff in the wild, so if you can't trade at all, you might be out of luck when it comes to completing your Pokédex.
