The legend returns in Hitman: Absolution
Feral Interactive announced that Hitman: Absolution will release on Nintendo Switch on November 13, marking the return of Agent 47 on one of his most intense and personal missions.
In Hitman: Absolution, a legendary assassin finds himself betrayed by the very Agency he once served. Forced into hiding, Agent 47 must use every weapon in his arsenal: stealth, deception and disguise to survive and exact revenge. Each of the game's 20 missions encourages players to experiment with the environment, creating their own paths to destroy targets with precision and creativity. The game rewards inventive tactics and skillful execution, offering endless replayability for those seeking the perfect shot and high scores in missions.
After the success of Hitman: Blood money crackdown coming to Nintendo Switch in 2024, this release continues IO Interactive's renowned legacy of stealth action on the platform. The Switch version of Hitman: Absolution features improved graphics, including improved character models, enhanced environments, and more complex lighting effects. Feral Interactive has also introduced modern features such as optional gyroscopic aiming, providing smooth controls whether players are at home or playing on the go.
The game will be priced at $29.99 / £19.99 / €24.99, with pre-orders now open on Nintendo eShop. Feral Interactive has also confirmed that the fan-favorite Contracts mode will arrive as a free post-launch update in early 2026, allowing players to create and share their own assassination challenges or take on missions designed by others around the world.
