Hardy He talks about a traumatic tourist bus, which almost ended with him.
During the episode on Wednesday “Nashville now” Podkast, country -singer and songwriter, 35 years old, spoke about the terrible test that landed in the hospital and influenced his mental health, moving forward.

“Do not think that this cannot happen when, because it really can … live our life, because we will die,” he continued. “And I just think that this is a space for the head in which I lived over the past few years, because I was, after a moment, this is the only moment when I once had, where I thought I was dead.”
In 2022, Hardi-Ceig Complete Maikl Wilson Hardy-and three other members of his team were involved in an almost deadly tourist bus near Nashville.
During an interview with the podcast, Hardy recalled something that was “turned off” with his bus driver after they made a quick pet on the sidelines of the road.
“I said:“ Are you good? ”And he said:“ Yes, and I said: “How long do we have?” And he said: “Yes,” said Hardy. “We got about two more miles down the road, and he had aneurysm or capture during driving, and we went astray. The bus turned three times.”

“It crossed from the bus to the set, like a bomb,” he continued. “I got out of the front windshield, which was torn … The bus went so far down the slope that you could not see it from the highway. So, all these trucks and cars flew by, and they could not see us. ”
“I had a black sweatshirt with a big white circle, and all I might have thought to remove this sweatshirt and try to wave people. I did it for about 30 minutes, and I could not force anyone to stop, ”he added.
While all four survived, they received serious injuries.

A year after the accident, Hardy was hospitalized from the continuing attacks of panic, tied to the consequences of the accident.
“I need to be honest with everyone for a second,” he wrote on Instagram At that time. “I have come across serious concern after the bus accident last year, and over the past two weeks, she took control of my life.”
“This made me endure a lot of panic attacks that landed in the hospital,” he continued. “I need a moment to focus on me and make myself better for my wife, family and you, fans.”

Over the past couple of years, Hardy focused on his mental health and participated in several forms of therapy after the accident, including EMDR.
“After all this experience, I have no shame. It was so stunning for me that I really did not want anyone to want men to be more taboo to speak out on it, and I know that there are guys who just eat him every day, and this is not good for you, ”he said.
