Gunburn's third column is not particularly difficult. Confusion Blast is by far our favorite option as it can disorient enemies without much effort. If you're looking for something different, boxer is usually a good choice for melee-based builds, while Leader from the Light can help you get extra special ammo. Threat detector not bad either, especially since Gunburn's base reload speed is low, and Lone wolf might be a little overkill with Search party lineage trait (although the Weist Stinger may come into play here). There are more viable options in the fourth column: Kinetic tremor And Auxiliary ammunition although this is our favorite choice One for all continues to cause heavy damage. How to get Gunburn in Destiny 2

Certain activities in the Portal, marked with a Spooky Engram icon, can also earn you Halloween-themed rewards.
