Google rolls out new AI features for the Pixel Watch 4

Google is rolling out new artificial intelligence features for the recently launched Google Pixel Watch 4, which the company says expands the capabilities of “one-handed gestures” and further improves “smart replies.”

According to Google, the new features include new one-handed gestures such as double-pinch and quick wrist twist. Double compression allows you to answer/end calls, pause timers and more. Google notes that they will also provide hints (unique to the Pixel Watch) when to use the new double compression feature.

The new quick twist of the wrist can also be used to make calls, but mainly to reject them. Google notes that this could be useful during the holidays to discreetly mute the ringer in a checkout line; however, I have seen busy commuters use it on the road to mute an incoming call while heading to the office.

Google's smarter smart answers to the Pixel Watch 3 and 4 now use an all-new watch model that's reportedly twice as fast and uses half the battery life (definitely a huge bonus). Google also says quality and preference levels have been improved, adding that 97 percent of users found it to be equal to or better than before in a blind study.

Google also noted that Raise to Talk has become more popular and therefore released a step-by-step guide as a “refresher.”

Google Pixel Clock 4 Available in two sizes: 41 mm and 45 mm, And features a new dome display called Actua 360. Google's latest smartwatch is also available in three colors: Moonstone, Porcelain and Obsidian. The 41mm model retails for $479.99 CAD, while the 45mm model is slightly more expensive at $549.99 CAD.
