Since then Gaynor released toilet spiders Part of an “ongoing series of small, weird, low-quality games” as well as the recently revealed Springs, Eternal is equally low-quality, featuring a visual style reminiscent of the “blurry and pixelated graphics of PC and home console games from the late '90s.” But it's not just the '90s vibe and moody purple color palette that links it to Gone Home; it also has a first-person, narrative-driven exploratory focus.
