                          Allegedly strangled a woman in a brutal incident

Gervonta Davis She was sued Thursday by a woman who claimed the star boxer beat her at a popular Miami strip club earlier this week.
Plaintiff — Courtney Rossel — claimed she and Davis have had a personal, intimate relationship for the past five months… but she said it's been anything but a smooth ride with the pugilist.
In a lawsuit filed in Miami-Dade County court, she wrote that he beat her and threatened her several times.
On September 23, she claimed that Davis accused her of cheating … and texted her: “I will kill you.”
According to the lawsuit, things got worse on Monday… when Davis allegedly assaulted her while she was working as a VIP cocktail waitress at the famed Tootsies restaurant.
Rossel claims that around 4:15 a.m., Davis found her in the VIP lounge and “forcefully grabbed her and dragged her.” [her] through the stairs, through the kitchen and through the back entrance to the garage.”
There, she said, he “constantly grabbed, choked, pushed, pulled and hit.” [her] in the back of her head, leaving her terrified, alone and ashamed in front of her colleagues and employer.”
She wrote in her suit that Davis later texted her: “I'm on my way! Yo home,” a message she interpreted as Davis heading to her home “to further insult her.”
“Davis continued to verbally, physically and psychologically abuse Rossel,” the lawsuit states, “causing her to seek medical attention, therapy, and assistance with daily living as she continued to experience constant fear for her life.”
Rossel is seeking unspecified damages in the suit.
It's unclear whether Rossel contacted cops about the matter… although a Miami Gardens Police Department spokesman said TMZ Sport On Friday, Davis was named as a suspect in a newly filed police report.
Davis – who was previously accused of domestic violence To other women – has not yet publicly commented on the new accusations. He has a fight planned Jake Paul in Miami on November 14.
