A sixth night at Freddy's? Incredible. Blumhouse announced this on CinemaCon 2024 that this is a continuation Five Nights at Freddy's was supposed to take place in 2025. First Five Nights at Freddy's was a big success for both Blumhouse and Peacock, earning $291 million worldwide. at the box office and became the most viewed game on the streamer over the weekend.
First FNaF Josh Hutcherson stars as Mike Schmidt, who takes a job as a night watchman at an abandoned pizzeria to support him and his sister. This is a big nuisance for Mike, because this pizzeria is inhabited by animatronics possessed by the ghosts of children killed by serial killer William Afton. The film ended with an apparent sequel, and FNaF games have been around for ages, so news of this sequel isn't exactly scary.

Matthew Lillard and Josh Hutcherson are confirmed to return. Which is interesting considering Lillard died in the first film. Mike (Hutcherson); his slightly psychic sister Abby (Piper Rubio); and the serial killer's daughter Vanessa (Elizabeth Lail) are alive. In the games' lore, Vanessa is not the same assistant she was portrayed as in the first film, so it is possible that she will be the main antagonist of the game. IN New York Convention Center 2025This was announced that Megan Fox will join the cast as Toy Chica. Game theory MatPat and Five nights Video game voice artist Kellen Goff has also signed on to voice toy characters.
IN CinemaConUniversal's president of domestic theatrical distribution, Jim Orr, could only give a rough estimate for fall 2025. Freddie released simultaneously in theaters and on Peacock, just in time for Halloween. It seems likely we'll see something similar in 2025.
